TacticalEdge.com ships free to all APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses — no minimum order required, no exceptions. Every order to a military address ships via USPS Priority Mail, the only carrier authorized for APO/FPO delivery.

Delivery timeframes — APO/FPO delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on your location and current military mail volume. Deployed locations and forward operating areas may experience longer transit times. Tracking is available through USPS up to the military mail facility — delivery within the installation is handled by the military postal service.
Address format — Use the correct APO/FPO/DPO address format when placing your order. Include your full name, unit, and PSC or CMR number. Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages.
Due to USPS regulations and hazardous materials guidelines, the following product types cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses:
- Knives — certain blade types are restricted by military postal regulations depending on destination country. If your order is flagged, our team will contact you.
- Lithium batteries — standalone lithium batteries and power banks are prohibited via USPS international mail routes used for APO/FPO delivery.
- Aerosols — pressurized aerosol products cannot ship via USPS air mail, which is the standard APO/FPO service.
- Hazardous materials — any product classified as hazardous under USPS shipping regulations.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the following business day. Our web department ships Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship the next business day.
Processing time — Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to two business days before your order ships.
Tracking — A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Do I need a minimum order to get free APO/FPO shipping?
No. APO/FPO and military address shipping is always free with no minimum order required. This applies to every order shipped to an APO, FPO, or DPO address regardless of order size.
What carrier do you use for APO/FPO shipments?
All APO/FPO orders ship via USPS Priority Mail — the only carrier authorized to deliver to military addresses. We do not use FedEx or UPS for military address shipments.
How long does APO/FPO delivery take?
Typically 7 to 21 business days depending on your location. Shipments to CONUS-adjacent APO/FPO addresses generally arrive faster. Deployed locations and forward areas may experience longer transit times. USPS tracking updates until the package reaches the military mail facility — delivery within the installation is managed by the military postal service.
Can I get free shipping on orders under $99?
Free shipping on domestic (Lower 48) orders requires a $99 minimum. Orders under $99 ship Economy at $12.95 (5–8 business days) or Standard at $22.95 (3–5 business days). APO/FPO shipping is always free regardless of order amount.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes. Standard shipping rates apply to Hawaii and Alaska orders. The free shipping threshold ($99) does not apply to these destinations. Delivery times may vary.
I placed my order after 2 PM EST — when does it ship?
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the following business day. Our team ships Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Can I ship body armor to an APO/FPO address?
Body armor is subject to federal export regulations and cannot be shipped internationally. APO/FPO addresses route through military mail systems that may transit international locations — as a result, body armor cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before ordering.
